Nazareth accepts male youth between the ages of 6 and 13 into our community treatment residences. We provide a safe, supportive residence for boys needing a therapeutic living environment while they attend school off-grounds.
Our residential group home programs offer a home with the purpose of providing ongoing treatment for the youth in our care. Our positive and supportive home-like environment provides structure and supervision from trained staff who are positive and nurturing. Our staff work directly with clinical team members, the youth and family, and all parties involved to ensure our youth are cared for in an environment that supports behavioral and emotional safety.
Our services are all family-centered, and we strive to maintain the safety and well-being of all family members at all times. Youth and their families are included in the treatment process and in the development of treatment and reunification plans. We aim to provide our youth with strength-based trauma-informed treatment and care as we work towards achieving our goal of supporting family stability, successful reunification, and permanency.
