Nazareth’s day school program is a fully licensed, Chapter 766-approved Residential and Education K-8 Program for male and female youth ages 6-13 with challenging behaviors, complex developmental difficulties, chronic mental illness, some autism spectrum disorders, and who have suffered from moderate to severe trauma.
Our school is a 12-month academic program for K-8; our Day School is licensed as a co-ed program, while the residential educational program is currently licensed for male students.

Our day school services are tailored to the specific and individual needs of the youth and their family, and we work in tandem to help them achieve their goals and success.
We are a strength-based and trauma-informed based program, and we engage with the entire treatment team to help the youth and their family develop the tools they will need for a successful future.
At Nazareth’s school, our highly qualified staff of educators and clinicians provide support that is in line with each youth’s current mental health and developmental needs. Our goal is to provide our youth with the coping skills and tools that can be used throughout their daily lives.
Our rural location in Leicester, MA, just outside of the city of Worcester, is conveniently located. We enjoy easy access to what the local community and the city of Worcester offers for community activities for our youth.
